Generally, we prefer to start relationships on a contingency basis to see how things go, but there are no hard rules.

Once we make some initial placements we will consider a retained relationship if there’s a mutually beneficial match. We’re small and nimble and open to creative partnerships. Our fees are typical for this space.

If you’re a candidate, click here to fill out our intake form. From there, we’ll add you to our database, and reach out to set up an initial call.

Are you an employer or hiring manager? The quickest way to kick off the process is to book a call here.

For candidates, we’ll have a brief call to understand your situation – think 15 minutes. We’ll review your resume, and take time to understand where you want to take your career next. If we have relevant openings, we’ll review them with you and decide if it makes sense to take the next step.

The Employer’s initial 30-minute discovery call is all about understanding you, your team, the opening, the territory, and how we can work together best. From there we’ll discuss your expectations, our fee structure, and if it makes sense – we’ll send you our contract for signature.

Once we agree on terms, our team will build out the mechanisms for us to communicate easily. Often, this is a virtual workspace where you can view candidates, and provide quick/easy feedback. We’ll also use this space to help arrange interviews and move the process along.

Once we’ve identified the ideal candidate for your opening, we’ll assist with the offer if requested, and work with you to formally close the requisition.
